– Dance pop band Cobra Starship will headline York College’s annual spring concert 8 tonight in the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center, off Grantley Road in Spring Garden Township. Singer-songwriter Dev and local rock group Kingsfoil (with Frankie Muniz!) will open the show. [$31]
